14-Day Exchange and Money-Back Guarantee

  • We offer a 14-day period for exchanges or refunds. (Suits purchased in-store cannot be returned or exchanged).
  • Shipping within the Benelux region is free; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return ConditionsTo be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in undamaged and original condition.
  • Not have been worn or washed.
  • Have the original label attached.
  • Be free from food stains, make-up stains, body odors, animal hair, or cigarette smells.

Return Process

  • The shipping risk associated with the return lies with the buyer.
  • If our return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the shipment to you and charge you for the associated shipping costs.
  • Please register your return via customer service (info@pomandi.com) and always state your order number for prompt processing. Please also mention the order number on the return package.
